What is Pilates? Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

When / How often should I do Pilates? I recommend at least 2-3 sessions per week. When we meet, we can talk about the other things you are doing to promote your health. If you’re adding Pilates to an already busy exercise schedule, less sessions might make sense. It’s the beauty of my studio - we can customize a plan that will work for you and your goals!

“In ten sessions you will feel the difference. In twenty, you will see the difference. And in thirty, you will have a whole new body.”
- Joseph Pilates

Who does Pilates? Everyone can, everyone should! Pilates is great for men and women 14 years of age and older. It’s for those that are just starting out or for those that want to add a new challenge to their fitness plan.  It’s also a wonderful addition to training schedules for triathletes, golfers, swimmers, dancers and more! And, it’s a wonderful addition to injury prevention and recovery.

“Lindsay is awesome! I enjoy Sculpt Pilates because it’s convenient, challenging and personal. The results I’ve achieved while working with Lindsay are un-matched. I’ve tried several different training classes and this one WORKS. I leave each session feeling stronger and happier!
